These Terms and Conditions govern your relationship with Tesco Vin Plus (“we, us or our”) and your use of our website (“the Site”) to reserve your shopping in advance of your visit. Please read the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy carefully. By using the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and you acknowledge that you have read our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not use the Site. You must be over 18 years of age to use the Site.
1. Prices
The prices payable for the items that you reserve are clearly set out on the Site. If, by mistake, we have under-priced an item, we will not be liable to supply that item to you at the stated price, provided that we notify you at least [2 working days before the collection date]. All prices are expressed inclusive of any VAT and local taxes unless otherwise stated.We do not make any charge for using the Site. You will be charged for the items reserved when your order is collected.
2. Availability
Only items which are in stock will be shown on the Site. However, occasionally we may be unable to supply a particular item. If we are unable to supply a particular wine, we will notify you as soon as possible and we may suggest substitute wine as an alternative. Any offers are held on a “while stocks last” basis.We cannot sell alcoholic products to anyone under 18. For this reason, we will require a suitable proof of age upon collection and may refuse items being collected at our discretion. Reservations may not be transferred by you to any other person.
3. Acceptance
There will be no purchase contract between you and us unless and until you actually pay for and collect the items reserved on the Site at our store in Calais. Your reservation is an offer to buy from us. Nothing that we do or say will amount to any acceptance of your purchase until you actually pay for and collect your order at our store in Calais on the date of collection. At the moment that you collect the items from our store on the date of collection (and not before), a contract will be made between you and us, and you will be charged for the wine.
4. Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your reservation up to 2 working days before collecting the items by informing us via the Comments page on the Site. Alternatively, you can cancel you reservation by post, fax or e-mail.If you do not cancel your reservation and fail to collect the items on the requested date of collection without a valid reason, we may refuse to accept further reservations from you.
5. Amendments
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time and any changes will be notified to you via the e-mail address provided by you on registration or via a suitable announcement on the Site. The changes will apply to the use of the Site after we have given notice. If you do not wish to accept the new Terms and Conditions you should not continue to use the Site. If you continue to use the Site after the date on which the change comes into effect, your use of the Site indicates your agreement to be bound by the new Terms and Conditions.
6. Intellectual Property
The content of the Site is protected by copyright, trade marks, database and other intellectual property rights. You may retrieve and display the content of the Site on a computer screen, store such content in electronic form on disk (but not any server or other storage device connected to a network) or print one copy of such content for your own personal, non-commercial use, provided you keep intact all and any copyright and proprietary notices. You may not otherwise reproduce, modify, copy or distribute or use for commercial purposes any of the materials or content on the Site without written permission from us.No licence is granted to you in these Terms and Conditions to use any trade mark of Tesco Vin Plus or its affiliated companies including, without limitation, the trade marks TESCO, TESCO.COM and TESCO CLUBCARD.

Although we aim to offer you the best service possible, we make no promise that the Site will meet your requirements. We cannot guarantee that the service will be fault free. If a fault occurs in the service you should report it to the Customer Services (see below for contact details) or by email at [ ] and we will attempt to correct the fault as soon as we reasonably can.Your access to the Site may be occasionally restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance or the introduction of new facilities or services. We will attempt to restore the service as soon as it reasonably can.
